Who we are

NFA Safety Group, 't Harde, the Netherlands, is the controller for the data processed through this website. Contact: through the contact form or the email address on the contact page.

Which data and why

We only process data you provide yourself or that is needed to make the website work.

  • Contact form: name, organisation, email address and your message — to answer your question (basis: legitimate interest / pre-contractual stage). Retention: as long as needed to handle it, at most 2 years.
  • Form delivery runs through the mail service Cloudolifant (EU); the data is processed there only to deliver the message to us.
  • Analytics: only after your consent (see the cookie statement). Without consent no analytics cookies are set.
  • Server logs of the hosting service (Google Firebase Hosting): IP address and request data for security and availability, kept briefly.

Sharing data

We do not sell data. Data is only shared with processors needed for the website (hosting, mail service, analytics after consent) and with the group companies that answer your question.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data and to object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time. You can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Security

The website is served over HTTPS only. Form data is sent encrypted. We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data.

Without consent we set no analytics cookies; the website works fully. With consent we load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Your choice is stored locally in your browser.Privacy statement
