Uzasadnienie oferty / offer justification

“Zgodnie z art. 207 Kodeksu pracy oraz §6 i §7 rozporządzenia Ministra Infrastruktury z 6 lutego 2003 r. w sprawie BHP podczas wykonywania robót budowlanych (Dz.U. 2003 nr 47 poz.

English translation: Under Article 207 of the Labour Code and §6 and §7 of the Regulation of 6 February 2003 on occupational safety during construction works (Dz.U. 2003 No. 47 item 401), collective protective measures take precedence over personal protective equipment, which is permitted only where collective protection is not possible. Permanent rooftop guardrails are the preferred measure for regularly accessed roof surfaces. Economic reasons do not constitute grounds for departing from this hierarchy.
